Entitlements

·   Full conference registration fee includes the CD-ROM proceedings, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, and conference banquet.

Payment Details                                                                                                                             

1. Registration payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Master), or cheque/bank draft.

2. Credit Card Payment is via the conference online registration system only. 

3. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “Integrated Meetings Specialist Pte Ltd”.

4. All cheques/bank drafts should be made payable to “Integrated Meetings Specialist Pte Ltd” and mailed to the conference manager at the following address. Kindly indicate your name, contact number and “CIS-RAM 2004” at the back of the cheque.

5. Only cheques/bank drafts that can be drawn from a Singapore bank are acceptable.

6. Payment by bank transfer is not acceptable.

7. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

 

Important Notes

1.   All amounts shown are in Singapore Dollars (S$). The approximate exchange rate is US$1 = S$1.72.

2.   Member’s rates are applicable to only IEEE members.

3.   All authors must make payment by 15 Sept 2004 in order to have their papers included in the CD-ROM proceedings.

4.   The reduced rate is only available to students.

5.   One registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author.

6.   For papers exceeding 6 pages, there is an overpage charge of SGD150.00 per page for each additional page.

 

Cancellation Policy

1.   Cancellation of registration before 15 Oct 2004 will be subjected to a charge of 50% of registration fee. No refund will be made for cancellation on or after 15 Oct 2004.

2.       Refunds will only be made after the conference.

3.       Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organiser.

 

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizer or its appointed PCO should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
